All focus on running the Baltimore 10 Miler in 1:25 I know I can do it, but the last 2 miles uphill here kill me. Not this year!

    Starting my mid summer plan to run 3 miles 10 days in a row. Trying to make sure I get out before 7am.
    Today: Very humid. Dew Point= 73°F, temp= 75°F
    *Left PF tight and tingly. Stretched a lot.

    I planned on staying slow paced, but couldn't help picking it up. I had to stop a couple times to stretch but still felt good. First 10 since Cherry Blossom. Next 10 mile race in about 6 weeks.
