True, but 100 straight is not run of the mill. Did you keep the same tempo the whole time? I have to pause to reach 100.

Allen, I usually group them into 3rds or quarters because I find it easier, mentally, to go to 33 3x than counting straight there, but I don't take more than 2 seconds break at any point. As for tempo I try to keep them steady, quick but still solid. By the end my legs and shoulders are shaking, so time becomes as hard as the number.
