But enough about my groin. Have you SEEN the weather out there? :)
My first run in 5 days went well. I thought I felt the groin early on but it never came back, so I consider this a success. I'm still worried it's lingering in there so I may be cutting out any interval work and tempos til after the marathon and just concentrate on healthy average mileage. This may make 2:59 difficult. Time will tell.

Take care of the groin. It's tough holding out when you start to feel better. Give it some extra time for insurance. (If you do not have an upcoming race!)
