      I haven't seen you on DM in a while. - My wife thinks it's funny how a runner calls a 5.5 mi at 8:10 pace "out of shape".

      Christian, tell your wife a DMer can be athletic and still out of shape. 8-min pace for 5 miles wasn't hard, but for 10-15 miles -- that wouldn't have been possible :)
