      Hi Justin, have fun on Strava! Sorry to hear you're moving over there. A lot of my friends have gone there. I joined but haven't used it at all, as it's a different kind of place from here. It is more focussed on performance stats etc. which do not interest me that much, beyond a certain point. I prefer the friendship here. Anyway, have fun at Strava, and if you post here, I'll comment if I see it!

      Stay on both. I like Strava, but sometimes they cheat you out of tenths of miles. Dailymile is better for keeping track of overall mileage.

      The trails are super hilly and rocky in that area and it's slow going. But fun!

    This was a great trail run until I rolled my ankle something fierce. 3rd time in a month -- I think I'll just be biking for a while.

    Down at the mother-in-law's place in Virginia. I always bring my mountain bike because these man-made trails are fast and smooth and well-kept. Rode with a dude named Dave!

    I'm out of shape and even worse had to carry a cycling water bottle, had to borrow GUs, and worst of all -- didn't prep for chaffing. Ouch. But I challenged myself and got it done.

      Yikes... hopefully you'll get back in shape! Guy I know did that (ran 15 miles when out of shape) and ... never ran again, the pain afterward was so bad. I hope for a better result for you.
