3x5 Box Squat, 21/15/9 Power Clean/Burpees
As expected, every muscle and tendon in my body is sore today from yesterday's monster sesh status, so what did I do, I hit it hard again. Started with 3x5 box squats (265lb) followed by 21/15/9 reps super-setting Power Cleans (155lb) and burpees. Another great one, have a good day ya'll...


Use your body hard and well. But at some point, give it time to recover. It's the only time it gets stronger.
