Drizzly morning, but air felt nice. It was like running in a giant cold air humidifier. Downtown Mt. Airy looks wonderful this time of year with the Christmas lights, had a nice time.

Thanks Doug! I have still been running, but not much volume to speak of, or keep up with. Life has been easing up a bit, and I am starting to get more miles in and feel like my old self. Happy Running!

Congratulations!! NC Marathon was my first as well. I had a fever two days prior but I ran it anyways and finished it. Now I'm happily limping and coughing. I hope your knee feels better soon.

Thanks Everyone!! It was an awesome experience, and I am thankful for people like you guys that helped really pull me through a lot. It is amazing that people from all over the country/world can come together on this site, and just knowing people care about your training etc., can really help push you to your limits at times. For this, I thank everyone who takes the time to read my posts/workouts even if you comment or not. It is just amazing how positive and supportive the running community at large is.
