    Brought the whole family along for bike riding/running. The trail was WAY hilly, so it was tougher than my normal route. The weather was perfect!

    Signed up for my first 5k! Started my training plan last night. Keeping track of miles vs. minutes on the treadmill was tricky. Need to wear a sports watch next time. Felt good to get started tho!!

    Ran with some friends tonight - it was 8pm, but it still almost 90 degrees! The air was heavy and I was panting like a dog. But I'm glad I did it!

    It was hot! But it felt good. Borrowed Hubby's mp3 player and was pleasantly surprised to hear KRS One's latest album. It was energizing!

    We weeded our flowerbeds to get ready to plant some summer blooms. The kids kept busy by playing with water guns. A fun family activity that actually got me sweating!
