  3. RUN
good Out of the foothills and into... 4.34 mi 00:50 11:28 pace

Another random trail in the El Dorado National Forest, second run of the day, hoping this one could go further than the earlier run - some snow, not too much climbing, and the occasional nice view.

  4. RUN

I understand that - if it is any consolation, I never once ran into any weirdos out there. Find a dog to run with :)

Our tallest mountains top out at about 3200 ft. I can still get some good 1000-2000 ft climbs. And I've run trails alone at night. No weirdos, a few critters though.

good Way Too Cool 50k 29.94 mi 06:20 12:41 pace

Tough course and I ran hard for the first 2/3 - started to meltdown a tad at about 26 miles, but good to see that I am getting more used to the long climbs and descents in these here parts.

It's fun to see you running a race that the folks on Ultrarunner Podcast talk about all the time.
