there's not enough here it seems. Yeah, down the river there are loads of boat clubs, but the one I'm aiming for is quite high standard. And cheap. (student :)

good Meh, long ergs. 12 km 00:50 06:42 pace
After 20 days break-up from Greg (erg), felt as if he was being mean to me. Bit hard.
Was supposed to do 3x25 min on erg, did only 2x25. A big fat "MEH". Felt a bit hard, sweating like a ... read more -

Absolutely aching from yesterday's max weights test... With every move I hear something in my body cracking... I need a physio lol...

A good sports massage will work wonders. It'll also hurt like hell but you feel fantastic afterwards. I sometimes think my masseuse must really hate me the amount of pain she inflicts

Should do more core work...meeeehhh.... motivation to get 6-pack quite low. lol
-
That is one of those things it can be hard to maintain motivation for because it can seem so vain or just too hard to achieve. On the other hand getting there can be the motivation to stay there. Stick with, it'll be good for your rowing and will look "hot" {wink}.

good Gossip session with Greg. 16.4 km 01:15 07:21 pace

Nice Job:
That is one nice prof. photo Marina. Hate headwinds too esp. while I'm out running. Great job sticking it out!

Hey Mili! Darling dear, I used to detest running. Now it's just uncomfortable ;) Well done you! Although if we both train together I might be the one lagging behind...hahah....

Seriously though, if you want to train tougher, I'd be up for it. Just send me a message. I'm based in Greenwich but I've got a bike and quite happy to cycle to central/wherever occassionally.
