Hey Mili! Darling dear, I used to detest running. Now it's just uncomfortable ;) Well done you! Although if we both train together I might be the one lagging behind...hahah....

Seriously though, if you want to train tougher, I'd be up for it. Just send me a message. I'm based in Greenwich but I've got a bike and quite happy to cycle to central/wherever occassionally.

Have you seen the women's race? I'm sure I read that sir steve's daughter was in it this year. From 2015 both will be on the same day/stretch of the Thames.

A good sports massage will work wonders. It'll also hurt like hell but you feel fantastic afterwards. I sometimes think my masseuse must really hate me the amount of pain she inflicts

Nice going, I don't know what the rowing equivalent is but cyclists always talking about ripping legs off. It's a great feeling when you make everybody else hurt like that, it makes all the pain worthwhile

If my math is right... that's 15KPH. if that's rowing... that seems like rocking right along to me (considering that my "in-water" benchmark for comparison is me paddling in my sea kayak... that would truly be rocking!) Nice job!!

That is one of those things it can be hard to maintain motivation for because it can seem so vain or just too hard to achieve. On the other hand getting there can be the motivation to stay there. Stick with, it'll be good for your rowing and will look "hot" {wink}.
