It was coldish and it wants to rain, but the run went well. Tomorrow it will be 4 miles.
Feared being sore this morning because I started laying some new floor last night, but I'm all good.
Maddy and I followed this with a walk. We saw some red birds, very cool. Reminds me of my grandma, I miss her.
