So I didn't get out of bed this morning to run, I slept weird, the consequence of not running this morning was I had to do it after work. I did however walk Mdog this morning, she is ill again, not eating but still wants to walk so we walk 1.5 miles.
I have lots of homework to get done so I came home and Mdog and I drove to the Y, and walked home. I put on my running shoes and took off 2.5 miles in 22 min 21 seconds today called for 3 miles, I ran the long way to the Y to help with the C25K today called for 90 sec run 90 sec walk 3 min run 3 min walk and repeat so I think that counts as 3 miles. Good Day.
