New Training Season, New House, New Running Shoes, New Running Town, New Running Path. Excited about training, New House is awesome, Running Shoes are perfect, New Town kindof unsure about (its a bit scary cuz I don't know the area and when people talk this street is ok but the next street over I should avoid, I'm so Confused) new running path was perfect for a starter course. Today called for a 3 mile run. Managed 3.2 miles 31 min 31 seconds.
And of course Maddy is a part of my training. Maddy, J and I all went for a 1.5 mile walk after my run. Followed this up with a 1 mile stroll in the part in the evening, nice park possible wedding location.
