      Ahh- I see you're back to running. Glad the injury healed. next time, take a rest day or two every week.

      Thanks, Morey. Yes, I got very aggressive about getting this thing healed and the trouble seems to have gone away. I'm now purposefully scheduling in two rest days weekly (on either side of my long run). Nothing's worse than not being able to run at all!
