      No doubt! I'm actually surprised that only a few days later and my legs feel fine. (But boy did they hurt the day after!) Quick recovery is good news. I'm planning to get back out there tomorrow for a short run.

      The first time I ran 10 miles, I couldn't walk up stairs for two or three days afterwards. Now it takes about 18 to do that to me :)
