  5. RUN
great Around the neighborhood 5.64 km 00:31 08:57 pace

Stil haven't broken the 25 minute mark for a 5k, but I'm running brisk.
Oh, and don't listen to Steven Curtis Chapman's "Cinderella" while running. Breathing becomes very difficult.

  6. RUN
    great 5k 25 mins 6.02 km 00:35 09:18 pace

Keeping up a good pace. The problem with listening to Tony Robbins when you run is that you discover things about yourself you don't want to forget...but you have no way to write them down! LOL

I'm into my regular running after my brief hiatus (had to figure out how to work running in with the new job). The thing that surprises me is how easy it was to get back into the rhythm of running ... read more

Ran great today despite soaking my shoe in a deep puddle. Ran the first 5k continuous. Don't I inspire you? :P

Yup! A nice Tuesday run. Except for soaking you shoe. That would have made me grumpy.

You did inspire me with your incredible progress. Then, for some reason, you've lost your motivation. Either that- or you just aren't posting your runs.

No, I'm posting them. I didn't lose my motivation--that's why I'm still posting! :) I just had to take about 4 months off. I got a promotion but the new job has been extremely stressful and a challenge for me to figure out how to work my life around it.
But one of the first breakthroughs I've had was how to change my hours so I can run again. I NEED to run to make the job work, and that's another reason I'm here!

Cheers to you for getting back out on the road. It's funny how life throws a wrench in the extra activities we enjoy. Glad to know you are able to hit the road again and enjoy the cooler mornings.
