      basically its just regular jumprope, double unders are when you rotate the rope twice with one jump.

      Ohhhh, gotcha! I suck at jumping rope ha, so I know there would never be a double up for this ol' gal;) You are doing so great with CF! Happy you are enjoying it :)

      i sucked at it at first too, but with practice u get so much better at it. plus they have the cable jumpropes that are so much easier than a rope rope :)
