    Did a weight training DVD in the comfort of my own home this morning - was nice!

    Alternated 3 slow minutes with 2 fast minutes - sort of varied the pace. Did some situps and stretched after.

    Ran 1 mile to warm-up on the treadmill, then did some stength training for arms, abs, legs

    I'm into baby-runs these days. I enjoy the 20-25 min run. Not too stressful, but enough to feel like I at least did something.

    Incredibly painful but necessary. I have to say I felt much more light on the feet for the cool-down run after powering through 6 laps of 7-7:30 min/mi pace
