    Ran the first mile, climbed the 2nd mile at 10 incline at 4mph, walked the last mile finishing it off with a .25 mile run before cooling down. Love working out next to Frank!

    5 minute warm up, ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile @4mph at 7.5 incline, walked the rest at 4mph with another .25 mile run. Felt great! Motivating having Frank next to me!!!
