  1. RUN
good Berlin, VT 1.63 mi 00:16 09:48 pace

Found time to run at the new office, didn't really know where I was going, but tracked it on my phone. It will be nice to get beyond a walking pace, but it was nice to do it.

  2. Just one mile down the hill and then back up again. Winter is behind us and it's time.

  3. RUN
good Montpelier VT 3.7 mi 00:34 09:17 pace

I thought I might run to Matt's house, but then thought better of it. It's a long way back from there.

good vinalhaven, me 3.12 mi 00:24 07:50 pace

Good run, narrow roads. Hot and sunny, but it's vacation, and that's a great thing! Good to run off some of the kid grumps, but all in all, a great day at ailing school Lane's Island, and this.

  8. RUN
    great 3.23 mi 00:28 08:43 pace

Nice run after work, not too hot, not at all cold, had to sneak it in before going to get the kids. Seems to be my standard pace.

  9. FIT
great kayaking at Green River 02:30

Lots of fun, lots to explore, but ran out of time because I had to get kids. Have no idea how far we went, but definitely didn't push it much.

  10. walk
great Berlin Pond loop 5 mi 01:23 16:36 pace

Great company for a nice walk. A nice sunset greeted us when we got back to the car as well.

  11. RUN
great To the pool and back to work 2.35 mi 00:21 08:51 pace

The best part was seeing the kids walking to the pool on my way back to work. The best reason ever to stop for a quick sweaty hug!

Nice short run, decent temp 71 deg, 66% humidity. Pt in 3 minutes, and I am dripping wet...good thing I work in a place with towels...

  13. RUN
    good 3.37 mi 00:33 09:49 pace

Did this maybe a little too soon after eating breakfast, but the temp was right and it was the only time to fit it in. Some good hills, and thankfully my hamstring behaved itself. 77 deg, 66 % hum... read more

    great 1.52 mi 00:11:27 8.0mph pace

90 deg, 60% humidity--there's a time you like the downhills!

Riding to work on the hottest day of the year. Up hill most of the way.

  17. #dailymission Matthew M. turned me on to this site, and so far I am using it mostly for tracking workouts. I could see how it could become addictive and am trying to fight the addictive side of me!

  18. VELO
great RT 12 Worcester to Montpelier 11.1 mi 00:54 12.2mph pace

Nice ride, on the road, on my mountain bike. Felt good to be out on the bike, pretty flat ride.
