  1. Out of pure curiosity, what would you think is more important for your overall health, losing weight, or being fit?

      Being fit! You can be incredibly physically fit AND healthy but still be classified as "overweight" by standards such as BMI. That said, because there is such societal stigma surrounding being overweight, it may negatively affect mental health and body image, which are also contributors to your overall health and PERCEPTION of health. So it is really a personal question about what an individual FEELS is most important for their body and their personal health.

      I just want to be fit! I am already on my way to not being over weight n am having a great time learning different healthy options for meals. :) As long as you feel good about yourself and are eating right it doesn't matter how much you weigh

      haha amen to that. although weirdly, my fave dancing songs are sometimes of the mildly slow/flowy variety [konstantine by something corporate is my current fave]

    brrr!!! it's cold! I have not taken a morning walk in a long time! It may be one of my last for awhile too. my asthma is acting up due to the cold

  15. I am going to try to take a walk once a day for 30 minutes each... that way I can be more healthy, and have something to do that's not eating!
