Time/Distance includes a warm up and cool down walk of 3 minutes at either end. First run since injuring my back. Did a Magic Mile, but wasn't ready for it and it was slow. Not bothered though!

Hi John - it's fine now. It wasn't until this run and it just stopped aching afterwards. The chiro helped get me walking and I just didn't run until I could walk without pain!
