    Wyatt and I ran the first mile together, which I enjoyed very much. It was already getting steamy and I immediately got a headache when we got back. Glad to get in the miles though.

    I ran with Kevin and Wyatt for the first mile. Wyatt and I went back after the first mile and Kevin went on. Wyatt did great for his first time running out here. I love running with my boys.

    Riding a bike at the gym isn't the same as riding on a beautiful morning. However, it sure has a lot less hills. :)

    2 miles jogging and 2 miles walking. A nice way to break myself back into exercising after not doing any for awhile. I loved being able to go to the Y with my new husband this morning. :)
