    Felt good just cycling along at no particular speed, singing along, cycling past friends, it was great. My cold has almost passed, but taking it easy.

      Nah, it's too much work for the legs. Keep up the freestyle, soon your stroke will be so strong you won't need to kick.

    Back after a weeks holiday. Body tired, school magnet weak. Unbelievable mist, actually it was just pure cloud, my beard was soaking by the time I got to school, felt like a medieval warrior.

      @ Kate T. I think its from a book how to be a complete Wally that was written in the early 80's. Not sure how sick as a parrot came about though.
