    track workout! 400 @ mile pace, walk 100, 300 as fast as possible, walk 400. repeated three times. my legs felt kinda sluggish-just not feeling it today!

    farthest i've run in awhile! my hip started bothering me on the way back - maybe because i haven't run this far in a few weeks. other than that it was a great run!

    for some reason i was dying during the squat track but overall it was a good class! :)

    Took a BOSU class at my gym and it made my muscles feel like jello! All the balancing used a lot of core- just goes to show that I have lots of room to improve :)
