I tried out those cool new sideways planks tonight....
Put my arm in the air and did 25 second left side planks X5
" " " " " " " " " " right side planks X5
15 sit-ups holding weights X5
15 double leg lifts w/leg weights X5
regular full planks 25 second X5
right side hydrants w/leg weights 30 X5
left side hydrants w/leg weights 30 X5
15 push-ups (used knees) X5
Leg Trainer 100 reps X5
60 front punches w/weights
60 side to side punches w/weights
It goes pretty quick because my weights are small 5 lb ones. Those of you who really know how to do weights, must think my workout is hilarious. That's ok, everybody needs a good laugh every once in a while. The planks are a bugger BTW. Believe it or not, my feet cramped up on a few of them. Out of everything that could cramp during a plank....why the feet? Isn't that weird?


It's usually the hip or the ribs that end up uncomfortable for me. And I must classify myself under the "does not know how to do weights"file. Blah weights! :-P nice session Julia.

I'm afraid of those sideways planks so big kudos to you on that! Nothing funny about 5 lb weights. Punching is hard. Really nice work.
