Broken Hip Hill

Lovely evening run in the forest on my faithful old hill. It was interesting to witness my body trying to apply it's new found flat running speed to the hills. Norman kept running in front of me to slow me down. It worked as he knows I hate to trip and fall;)
Hubby came out to meet us and we all walked home together.


Nice run on familiair grounds. Norman is a real helper.

Yeah, its a bit of an adjustment. I mix things up with flat, semi-flat (aka rolling hills) and the ever ominus Rhineland Pfalz hills. You know, the kind that make your heart want to burst when you get to the top. They are something to exprerience in a sick and demented runners kind of way. Ha!!!
