    Ran the Urban Cow 1/2 marathon today. It was my first race in over 2 yrs. I'm pretty happy with the results. But it's definitely time to get serious for CIM.

    300 full sit-ups, 30 lunges each leg, 30 curls, 30 over head shoulder presses. Good switch up for strength training.
