    Short run today. My left foot is super tender so I tried to run softer in my stride. I could tell I wasn't hydrated enough, so tomorrow I'll 3x my fluid intake and hopefully run stronger!

      Hey, thank you! I used to be about to run sub 7. Then life got crazy and I stopped running for the first time in 15 yrs. So, I'm starting over...and it's humbling. :)
