    Tired after a day of hard speedwork followed by 10.61 mile run compounded by lunges, and free weights.

    Finished strong! It's amazing how much easier it is to run in 90° temps vs 104°! Followed by 25 lunges W/20lb weight on each leg, and 30 curls and overhead shoulder press with 10lbs weights.

    Only ran about 6.5 and then shooting pain in my ankle...had to walk the rest of the way back. Rest day tomorrow and Friday. Weak sauce!

    Good run. Short on time as usual. Started out slow AR 7.3 mph then increased slowly to 7.6 mph and the last .5 went from 7.6-9 mph. :)
