    Went out for a recovery run, my legs felt sluggish. Plus it was hot, don't really like running in the heat.

    The 10 k went really well. Slightly disappointed that i did'nt get under the hour.

  6. Training is going ok, I need to start upping the training, as I have a race every week end for the next 3 weeks. This includes 2 10ks and a 5k.

    Finally got under an hour for a 10k. I am so pleased. It was hard at times, keeping up with the pacemaker. I was a fast and flat course.

    Cross county race. I felt great running. I must admit, I prefer running when its a cooler. I was'nt last year.
