    Ran 5 slow miles, rode my bike trainer for 30 minutes and soaked in the hot tub while the kids swam....that counts as a triathlon, right?

    Good run for a treadmill run. I ate breakfast before running, which I usually don't, but it seemed to work for me today as I felt like I had more energy.

    Skipped the cool down song in RPM and went straight in to my run. I ran a slower pace because my legs were pretty tired from RPM.
