      Just the effects of last weeks accident still hanging on. All better from the surgery. Lack of training I could have managed, but the back/neck issues nixed the 16 hour walking.

      Well that sucks. Seems to be an epidemic of gall bladder stuff going on lately. You are the sixth person I know in the last year that has had trouble. I hope it gets taken care of soon and you get to get back to running. Best wishes!
