Today is day 4 of week 7 of my 8 week 5k training. I was scheduled to run 30 minutes straight and I did it! I refused to allow myself to worry about how fast I was going and just enjoyed the run. Before I knew it I was at my half way point two minutes faster. So I ran farther and then doubled back. I was a great run.
