Today was not a good day. I was really tired and my time was off. I also think I may have pulled or at least strained my groin muscle. I ran yesterday and I think I should have made today a rest day.

Thanks. I did and I feel better already. Sometimes I cut my stretching time short because I get home so late and I want to hurry and run. So I think that was the problem.

I did rest yesterday and my run was pretty good today but my thigh muscle is bothering me. I run my first race in three weeks so I am trying to be careful and not push myself too much.
