    Warmed up and cooled down with easy miles. Ran the middle 2 at tempo pace, though not *really* pushing it.

      Funny how you have to do that. I start playing with the speed every 15 seconds, makes it go faster (literally and figuratively.)

    Met up with a bunch of peeps during lunchtime for a 30-minute jaunt... Kept it real easy and at conversational pace - this was great!

    Ran to the gym, did 2 tempo-ish miles, then headed back home. Needed to foam roll afterward; my hammies are still a little tight from yesterday's workout.

      The rolling and stretching (dynamic and static) make a huge difference in me. But lately, I've been thinking of upgrading to the Rumble Roller. I need that release!

    Warmed up with a 10 minute jog. Then did 5 x 200m repeats at the nearby HS track, and jogged 2 minute intervals.... Felt FANTASTIC. I <3 speedwork!!!

    Threw in some walk breaks, which was needed especially because the wind was blowing into me at times. Not a pleasant feeling!

    3 miles, easy/hard/easy. First mile @ 10:30; 2nd @ 7:41. The last one was a mix of easy running, sprints and walking.

    Combined conventional road running with 2 miles of hillwork on the treadmill. Ran 400m segments at various inclines (5-8%). This felt fantastic!!!

    Darnit, I gotta run more often again, LOL.

    Quick and easy 2 mile loop around the HS track by my house. 1st mile was a warmup, then went at a tempo pace for the 2nd half (around 7:45). Cooled down for the remainder.
