Decided to hill repeats tonight because I needed a break from trying to control my paces on the treadmill. I wanted to do something fun and freeing, but still work hard. I had a good time tonight! :-)

lol. No, Melanie. Not even close. Our local nightmare is Cardiac Hill- it's about 3x taller than Big Baby and the tallest point in Clove Lake Park. I'd be in the hospital I think if I did 10 repeats on that one. I just have a thing for naming all my local hills. I have names for them all. On my long runs I have yet to conquer "Big Bugger" which is my arch nemesis right now.

Haha! We name our hills too! Our biggest one is "hamburger hill" because it's like a mile long and just to bike up it you burn a mc Donald's hamburger! Nice run Joy! Hills are tuff!

Cardiac Hill? LOL. I'm scared just thinking about that one. Mine are cat hill (I've only been able to run up w/o stopping twice in my whole lifetime) and Harlem Hill (was able to break it in two last week -- an improvement -- lol). It's funny how some hills
