So I haven't posted in a few days. The 4th of July gave me a little mini-break from the computer and I extended it to today. I went to the beach on the 4th and got to swim and walked the boardwalk in Long Branch, NJ. Did not run yesterday because I only got 4 hours of sleep and just kind of collapsed after I got home from work. I was feeling really nauseous today for some reason. Between that and the heat, I decided not to run today either. I'm getting up tomorrow morning at 6 for an 8 mile run. Gotta get these long runs in!
