alright Peturbed Ducks 4.32 mi

Been feeling so tired lately! Dunno what's up with that. I was so tempted just to go out and run really slow junk miles, but instead I stuck with the training plan and did long intervals. 2x 1 mile and 1x.5 mile. The second mile interval was crazy hard! I really slowed down toward the end of it. The last half mile interval felt pretty good though. I'm feeling good about my 5k at the end of this month. I want to get down to 30 minutes so bad!

Toward the end of the run I came across a flock of ducks crossing the park path from a bush to a lake and I got quacked at because I interrupted their trip. Quack!
