    Let it be said. It is not January, it isn't your turn yet old man winter. This sucks. a "feels like" 1 degree when I am shuffling kids to and from school is not sweet or fun here.

      Some days are like that and with some colder weather on the horizon, it is going to be harder and harder to get motivated. Maybe try some yoga or other indoor classes to keep the interest level up?

      Coming down with something. 2 of my 3 kids have had it and hubby. I guess it's my turn. I am slow going and walking is a big effort! My heart was pounding again today for the walk like it does when I run. Yuck.
