    pretty much swam from one side of the lake to the other and back, could not even see the farthest buoy from the shore. I was happy with my time, was hoping for under 40 min.

      Ha, yeah, that was a long swim! I finally saw the other buoy on the run and was like ooooh, that is where it is :-)
