Good Nandi run after long time 13.5 km 01:42 12:09 pace

Went in for RFL Nandi run and as usual went late. Good climate prevailed and managed to complete climb in 53 minutes. Descended down at a faster pace. Thanks Venkat for the company. Good medium long run after some time. Hope to continue the spree...
