good Dark-ass predawn trail run 4 mi

Even with my headlamp, there was just a sliver of a moon and it was sitting so low, it wasn't much help. I was super slow, but I managed to get four in. Wonderfully frigid out, about 12 degrees.

great Early trainer ride 13 mi 00:50 15.6mph pace

A little boring, but got it done. I wanted to run but I really think I need to bike some as well, to save my knees the pounding. That said, I plan to sneak in a short run this afternoon...
