    It was a struggle, I had screaming knee pain at 7.2 miles but able to stretch it out and run through it. I was ok if I did not stop running. I think it may be a tendon strain.

      Im running the Dances with Dirt 50K in Devils Lake WI in July. I am also running Run Woodstock 50 mile Ultra in Sept.
