    easy 5....outside kensington park. nice day....hottish. I hurt when i ran slower. 7:45 miles 1,5 7:56 miles 2,4 and 8:20 mile 3

    Three repeat miles.....wanted to make sure still had some speed. First mile was 5:46....i still have some speed :)
