      Read the blog. I told you, nothing causes weight loss like not eating. You're on the right path. My breakfast and lunch every day is 16 oz of 2%milk (protien) and 2 pieces of fruit. For dinner every other day is a baked potatoe covered with a can of veggies. On the other day I have meat and whatever else your Aunt Char fixes. Drink water. I cheat my diet everyday with M&M's and or nuts or seeds or some chips for desert. Reasonable. Not a whole bag. A bag of chips and M&M's should last a week.

      Once it's gone I don't get anymore till the next week. Go 12 hrs between dinner and breakfast each day. This morning I weighed 164. And I have plenty of energy for all my workouts. Oh, that's 16 oz of milk and 2 fruit for each meal. Good luck. I'm pulling for you.
