  12. Week 2 Day 1 of training ...was a killer! No freakin way can people do the supposed squat/jumps and lunge/jump supersets...just to many!

  13. Week 1 Day 2 of abs circuit - still very sore from first workout....hard!

  14. Tried running out at the parents against dad - light run - the usual 3.5 mile course...had to quit just after mile 2 b/c of the knee acting up....guess it's gonna be a run-free winter...
