    Not bad. Felt pretty good. I can tell my lack of running is hurting. Gotta find something to start training for otherwise I'll not be able to run half a mile let alone half a marathon.

      Baltimore half on October 13. The Pittsburgh half registration opens on October 2 and from 10-3 that day you can get a really good deal.

    Felt good. Nice route. Pleased with my effort for my first half. My knee started giving me trouble around mile 11 but what ya gonna do.

      Take it easy! Let your legs rest these next two days before the race. And good luck! It's just five miles, five miles, and a 5k. Piece of cake. ;) get through the ten miles and then just get through the rest!

      Day 1: So far so good - I had a shakeology shake for breakfast & 2 egg whites @ 7:30, 10 I had 2 rice cakes with hummus, lunch was a salad (romaine, carrots, onions, quinoa, raddishes, & some balsamic vinegar), a banana, & and apple & dinner was tilapia & asparagus cooked in foil with lemon and salt and pepper and quinoa. I liked all of it so that's a bonus.
