Did 3 sets @ 10 reps per set of the following:

- bench press
- shoulder press
- low row
- lat pull downs
- bicep curls
- tricep pull downs

Felt good to get this workout done. I need to be more consistent in getting it done, though. I figure if I can do this routine 2-3 times per week, I'd be satisfied.
