Wanted to do a longer ride today. Overall, the ride went well. However, I did run out of gas in the last 30 minutes or so of the ride. I did my best to keep my pace and effort under control. Most of my rides are within the 2-2½ hour range, so it was difficult to rein back the pace - as evident by running out of gas at the end. I survived, though. Next time I'll eat more than a bagel and milk for breakfast before a 3+ hour ride.


Great pace on the metric century Josh! It's hard to reign in that pace sometimes... Way to get it DONE!

I might "drive" that far today.... Take plenty of fuel with you on those big workouts. Awesome job.
