good Mill Creek Canyon Climb 19.26 mi 01:26 13.5mph pace

I was planning on doing a longer ride today, but ended up doing a canyon climb instead. It's been a long time since I'd climbed Mill Creek, so I figured it was game on.

The canyon climb was nice. albeit difficult. It took me 1:06 to get to the top, averaging 8.6mph, and less than 20 minutes to get down - a true characteristic of the canyon climbs here in northern Utah. All totaled, 2700ft of elevation gain in just over nine miles. Fun stuff, for sure.

    That's one heck of a climb coming from a delta guy. Id like to try that one day.

    Thanks, Kevin and Dale. @Kevin: The climbs out here are a bitter-sweet experience. It's hard to explain the satisfaction I get from suffering up a mountain climb. Weird; but true.
