      Good job!! I still haven't gotten my intervals in for the week. Was planning on doing it today, but it was so dang nice out I couldn't pass up an outdoor run. Tomorrow...I will have to do double duty!!

    Loved running with the group today! My longest run and fastest pace in the last 3 weeks. Feels great! Although my heart rate was off the charts. Hopefully that just means good conditioning.

    Despite being difficult running in the snow, I was able to keep my heart rate much lower than my last few runs, while picking up the pace and 4x:30 pick-ups! Can't wait for tomorrow morning!

      That's what I was figuring. I've never run with a heart rate monitor until recently. It's certainly interesting! All runs are outside.

      I had been very inconsistent with wearing my HR monitor, but am going to try and use it more this training cycle. It does provide interesting data. Stay warming when pounding the pavement!
