planned to use the treadmill but they were all full. So not impressed with 17 miles in spin after riding my real bike lol

great Friday afternoon! Rode 3.16 miles on my own with big steep hills. Got home and P wanted to ride so went back out for another 2.29.

Ok, so it wasn't fast or long but it was more of just a test to see how it felt and where I was. Walk / slow jog combo. One minute on and off. No pain but shoulders and neck super stiff.

bought a brand new Trek road bike today and just took him for a quickie. Wow. I loooooove him! (no idea if that's the correct time, just guessed)

first bike since the accident. Recumbent, level 2, random hills. Neck and shoulders really stiff, butt muscles sore.

Thanks. Was pretty bad there for a week or two but I'm feeling much better now. Still sore, stiff and some pain but not sobbing in pain anymore (yeah, I can be a big baby sometimes).
