  12. Got home from New Joisey last night. I will be going for a run this morning as soon as I digest the spirulina shake I had.

  13. Is there a way to go back and log your miles? I ran times last week and did not log them.

      Yep, when you log the workout, there should be a calendar you can click on to adjust the date.

    Still in NewJersey, had a long day at work. Got back to the hotel, felt tired so I decided to run the the treadmill. Feel energized!!

  15. No run for me today. Landed in New Jersey at 2pm. Had a long day working from the hotel room. Tomorrow I will go for a run. Letting the legs rest.

  17. I couldn't sleep last night and all I could think was about running. Finally fell asleep at 3-4am after doing some work. Having a shake for breakfast then I will go for a run.
