    It took a few miles to start feeling like I was in a groove and those hills didn't make it any easier! Still a little shocked to think that I won the race!

      I was hoping to keep you in my sights at North Country, but there's no way if you start dropping sub 7s on the trail!

      I highly doubt I'll be dropping any sub 7s on those trails! Al Sabo is quite a bit less challenging

      Amphipod with two bottles, but so far I've only used it with one bottle. Not too bad, but it has taken some getting used to.

      That is the same as mine. I know what you mean, it bounces around a little until you get it situated in the right spot and just tight enough but not too tight...good luck with it, should help in the heat?

    Went out kinda fast and the heat didn't help matters much. Still 1:30 faster than last year so I'll take it as a win.
